Forve - workshop management for independent auto repair shops, made by Teenysofts, MB
1. Install the app
Forve runs on Android and iPhone. Until it is in Google Play and the App Store, Teenysofts sends you the download link. Every person in the workshop uses Forve on their own phone.
2. Sign in
Open Forve and type the email address Teenysofts registered for you (owner) or the one the owner invited (mechanic).
Tap Send code.
Open the email "NNNNNN - Forve prisijungimo kodas" and type the 6 digits into the app.
No password to remember. Didn't get the email? Check spam and wait a minute, then send the code again.
3. Owner: the first day
Settings → Shop details: company code, VAT code, address, phone, email, IBAN and bank. They are printed on every repair order (ARP) and invoice.
Settings → Invoices and documents: invoice prefix, the next number and your warranty terms.
Settings → Mechanics → + → name → Add mechanic. Wait a minute, open the mechanic, fill Email for the invite and tap Send invite.
On a computer: portal.forve.app, the same email and code. The calendar and printing are easiest there.
4. Mechanic: joining the workshop
Open the invite email on the phone with Forve installed, or type your email in the app and sign in with the code.
My jobs shows the work assigned to you. Status, photos and found faults are saved as you go.
5. The first job
Jobs → + → New job: client, car, what to do, when, mechanic → Create job.
Open the job → Print ARP. The client signs the paper copy.
Add the work with prices → Finalize job → invoice.
No signal in the bay? Keep working: changes are saved on the phone and sent when the connection is back.

1. Įdiekite programėlę
Forve veikia Android ir iPhone telefonuose. Kol programėlės dar nėra Google Play ir App Store, atsisiuntimo nuorodą atsiunčia Teenysofts. Kiekvienas serviso žmogus naudoja Forve savo telefone.
2. Prisijunkite
Atidarykite Forve ir įrašykite el. paštą, kurį jums užregistravo Teenysofts (savininkui), arba tą, kuriuo jus pakvietė savininkas (meistrui).
Slaptažodžio prisiminti nereikia. Laiško nėra? Pažiūrėkite į šlamšto aplanką, palaukite minutę ir siųskite kodą dar kartą.
3. Savininkui: pirma diena
Nustatymai → Serviso duomenys: įmonės kodas, PVM kodas, adresas, telefonas, el. paštas, IBAN ir bankas. Jie spausdinami ant kiekvienos remonto paraiškos (ARP) ir sąskaitos.
Nustatymai → Sąskaitos ir dokumentai: sąskaitų priešdėlis, kitas numeris ir garantijos sąlygos.
Nustatymai → Meistrai → + → vardas → Pridėti meistrą. Palaukite minutę, atidarykite meistrą, įrašykite El. paštas kvietimui ir paspauskite Siųsti kvietimą.
Kompiuteryje: portal.forve.app, tas pats el. paštas ir kodas. Ten patogiausia kalendorius ir spausdinimas.
4. Meistrui: prisijungimas prie serviso
Atidarykite kvietimo laišką telefone, kuriame įdiegta Forve, arba įrašykite savo el. paštą programėlėje ir prisijunkite kodu.
Mano darbai rodo jums paskirtus darbus. Būsena, nuotraukos ir rasti gedimai išsaugomi iš karto.
5. Pirmas darbas
Darbai → + → Naujas darbas: klientas, automobilis, ką darome, kada, meistras → Sukurti darbą.
Atidarykite darbą → Spausdinti ARP. Klientas pasirašo popierinį egzempliorių.
Įrašykite atliktus darbus su kainomis → Užbaigti darbą → sąskaita.
